Peter Thustrup L’Amateur de Vin is a family project. The intention behind this project is to deepen and share our knowledge of wine.
Over the years, we four children have been inspired by Peter’s passion for wine, and our curiosity has blossomed. In April 2020, we joined Peter’s project. As we were beginners, he undertook to explain to us in more detail the world of wine and how we can enjoy the different aspects of wine, the taste, the history, the convivial side of great wines. Together, we had the idea of making his explanations public on this site for the benefit of all, so we created this space for the curious, wine lovers.
Camille
In April 2020, Camille, who was living in Amsterdam and studying psychology, joined Peter to create the project Peter Thustrup L’Amateur de vin. She wanted to learn more about the world of wine, and help Peter grow his project through marketing, content creation and social media.
Subsequently, Camille took charge of updating Peter’s website, and the role of designer of the site in parallel with her studies and her work in a psychology practice in Stockholm. Today, she remains in charge of content creation, marketing and design for the website as well as social media.
Capucine
In 2020, Capucine who lived in Berlin and began working with Peter in parallel with her studies in nutrition and German. In the creation of Peter Thustrup’s project L’Amateur de Vin, she first started as a translator, then also got involved in content creation. Today, Capucine supports Peter in his professional activity as a junior account manager. She regularly accompanies Peter on his trips to Bordeaux and Burgundy to taste the new products and meet exciting and passionate winegrowers.
Timothée
Timothée joined the Peter Thustrup L’Amateur de vin project in 2021. He is responsible for monitoring the development of wine prices and market information.
Luca
Luca is doing studying and working at the Feda business school in Barcelona and holds an internship position at Henkel Spain and is also responsible for the technical and IT side of the Peter Thustrup L’Amateur de vin project.
